Would you use on-the-job training, apprenticeship training, cooperative training, internships, governmental training, classroom instruction, programmed instruction, audiovisual methods, e learning, or simulation method. I think either on-the-job training or classroom instruction would be most effective, but I would love some input. Thank you!

That depends upon the method of implementation. Is it to be phased in? …beta tested? …parallel processed? It also depends on the employees. Are they high school grads? …recent hs grads? …some college? …older?

Classroom plus OJT seems to be the best all-around choice – but…

In the navy we would: See one – do one – teach one. By the third time you performed a task you were expected to be the subject-matter expert. I believe civilian standards are much lower.

Is an officers training for the military similar to the basic training enlisted go throw? What do officer do in training how is it I’m thinking of becoming an officer. My other question is what is the difference between regular officer training and some one who is going to be a lawyer or a Chaplin in the military how dose their training differ? The only reason i ask is cause on the air force website the training for officer sounds different the the training to be a lawyer which is still an officer.

You have three ways to become an officer in the military: ROTC through your college, going to one of the military schools (West Point e.g.) or getting your college degree first and then applying to OCS (Officer Candidate School.)
If you go the OCS route, you still have to go through regular basic training in the army, then you go to OCS, which is a more advanced kind of basic for officers.
If you are going to be a lawyer, you have two options: You can be a currently practicing lawyer and go in that way, or you can become an officer in one of the other ways and then apply for law school training.
As a chaplain, you don’t do anything that other people do, because you’re not really a "soldier" per se. You are ministering to soldiers. And as your job is a spiritual one, you don’t even carry a weapon. Chaplains have their own recruiters, and I’m pretty sure that the requirements are like this: you must have a seminary type degree in your religion, equivalent to a master’s degree. You must be ordained and I believe state certified. You will go through a chaplain’s basic course, which is not as intense as other basic trainings.
In all cases, you must have a college degree or agree to go to college on the military’s watch with the promise of future service.

Cardio is what you want to do for the majority of weight loss, and weight training is more for toning muscles and building muscles, both of which you won’t really notice until you lose the weight covering the muscles. So keep going with the cardio, and do remember to keep yourself challenged so that you can keep pushing yourself slightly further than the last time, that way your body won’t get used to the same stagnant routine.

No that won’t directly affect your grades in Spanish. But yes that would certainly help you to improve upon them. If your current grades are not that good or even average then you must go for online summer classes for Spanish, as they would be helpful for your regular classes. Below mention is school that will provide you courses in Spanish. The type of education they provide will help you improve your grades.

I would speak to your guidance counselor. There are a lot of programs out there, and many of them can be scams. I would suggest you talk to a guidance counselor because they will know best what sites will give you the best programs, and can even lead you to sites that will be considered as substitutes for high school classes. I highly doubt any college will accept a credit you earned in junior high, but I’m sure you could get some high school requirements out the way to free up your schedule to take advantage of more classes during your high school years. Make sure you get as much info as you can from your guidance counselor. Good luck!
